Plc stands for programmable logical unit, is an embaded system where most of the controlling devices are lies. it has extremely fast switching, controlling and processing capabilities. So where this type of applications are require we use plc. it can run easily through a program to synchronize the input and output processes.

i have one air blow heater , coiled heater is in side hollow ceramic tube and passing the air and other end hot air is going out, to control the hot air where i should fix up a THERMOCOUPLE on the heater or on the out let of hot air terminal which is the best way
