House Bank: Is a bank which contains multiple account ID's
and which operates for outgoing/Incoming payments with
different currencies with different accounts.
Bank Key: a country-specific code that, in combination with
the Bank Country, is used to identify a House Bank within
the SAP system.
Bank Key is provided by the specified country not only RBI
also all the bank countries will provide.
