WHAT IS THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN MCB & MPCB? & HOW IS USE?
Answer Posted / thangaraj.r
MCB=MINIATURE CIRCUIT BREAKER
MPCP=MOTOR PROTECTION CIRCUIT BREAKER
MCB is a constant current rating (ie)for example if MCB
rating is 20A it can trip only above the 20A,BUT in the MPCB
is the adjustable one (ie)if the MPCB rating is20A we have
to adjust theMPCB knob like19A,18A,15A.....from that we are
setting the values the MPCB is trip.
