In an panel board if the outgoings are power plugs and
motor equipments...what should we choose as the incomer of
the of the panel board?? MCCB OR ISOLATOR?? Should we use
ELCB protection??if so where??

we will use MCCB because when fuse melt of one phase the
motor will work on two phases in these case the MCCB will cut
off the supplly to the motor. ISOLATOR will not used because
its function is open or close the circuit on no load ond only
.
