Boiler is a machine/device whose main function is to generate steam from water for using various purposes in power plant as well as many other industries.
1. In power plant steam is used to move turbine blade.
2. In different plants steam is used for evaporation such as making Caustic Flakes from liquid caustic, in H2O2 plant steam is used for increasing the concentration of H2O2, in sugar mills steam is used for making sugar flakes from liquid sugar, in paper mills and textile steam is used on dryer for drying paper and clothes respectively so on.............
