implementation-it means we are implementing sap applications in a company for the first time.
rollout- suppose a company have 2 business
say manufacturing-service
now they have implemented sap in manufacturing company code and if they want to implement sap in service also then they do so.doing this is called rollout.
upgrading- if company is already running on sap suppose some sap old version like 4.7 and want to add some features which are not available in 4.7 then they opt for ecc 6 version. this process is called upgrading.
support- after implementation many issues arise in sap to consistently eliminate those they need support of sap consultant. supporting continuously to client on sap is called support project.
hope its clear
