The Answer is something Like opposite to Mohammed Ans.
Client Dependent Data - If we make any changes in one client it wont reflect to other Client.
Suppose we have 3 client 100,200,300.
What are the data u configure in 100 that u can transport in to 200, and 300.
Ex - Customer Master, Material Master data.
Its dependent to that (100) client only.
Now,
Client Independent Data - Here the configuration can move from one client to another client. The data is not dependent to one client.
Ex - All configuration of company code, plant, sales Org etc.. Data are Client Independent.
Data can be move from 100-200-300.
