PCC:Plain cement concrete.pcc is strong in compression and weak in tension.it consisty of water,cement ,coarse aggregate,
and fine aggregate.
RCC:Reinforced cement concrete.it can resist tensile stresses
it consist of water ,steel, cement , coarse aggregate,and fine aggregate.the percentage of steel is assumed for differrent components.for slabs=1% of concrete volume.Beams=2% of conccrete volume.Columns=2.5% of concrete volume.RCC Roads=.6% of total volume
