How to get a quick upgrading for the game Grand Battle?
Have anyone played the free Android game Grand Battle? I am
a novice in this game, and I notice that to be a successful
commander, it is very important to get a quick upgrading.
Could anyone give me some advice? Thank you so much!

Quick upgrading method in Grand Battle is quite simple. Players only need to upgrade constructions. The more time cost for upgrading constructions, the higher the experience points players will get. Therefore, if you want to upgrade, make efforts to store resources to upgrade constructions!
　　Grand Battle upgrade bible is what the players want most and it is also the hottest among all the Grand Battle strategies. So let's take a look at how it is going from level one to level 4.
Level 1: First, upgrade the Storage when finishing the beginners tasks. Second, build all the constructions that can be built (Except the defense building. Pay attention, no single one defense construction should be built. Why? You will be told later as it has its own advantages.) Third, go to attack NPC directly with the initial strengths instead of harassing other players and then upgrade the Commander Center when completing the tasks.
Level 2: First, upgrade the Storage to its limit. Second, upgrade Academy to unlock the Rocket Launcher as early as possible as they are really useful and powerful to destroy constructions. If you have extra scores, you can also unlock the Rhino in the War room. Remember don't upgrade all the other constructions. Third, go to build all the constructions that haven't been built except the defense ones. Continue to attack NPC without harassing other players and then upgrade the Commander Center when completing the tasks.
Levels 3, First upgrade Storage to its limit. Remember don't upgrade other buildings but build all the constructions that haven't been built except defense ones. Continue to attack NPC to upgrade Commander Post with enough resources.
Level 4: This is a little bit complicated and difficult transition stage. You have two ways to work it out. One is only to upgrade Storage and to attack in order to get enough resources till level 5. The other one is to conserve strength and store up energy. Upgrade all the resources till to seven stars and also build defense constructions. For this two ways, I prefer the second one. When there's no NPC to attack, you can upgrade the surrounding buildings. Enjoy yourself!

I attended an interview with Lycatel, Chennai on December 17th 2010 for AM - Operations. Actually that position was advertised in Hindu and seeing that I walked in an attended the interview. My job and skillset, experience exactly matched to what they require and I was confident about the offer. After 2 weeks, I emailed the HR and he said that "I will update you ASAP" again after a week I emailed him to know that status he again replied "With regards to your email, I will update ASAP". After 2 weeks I drafted a big email to the HR and he replied back saying "The position that you have applied for has been kept on hold, so when the requirement arises, we will get in touch with you shortly". I really dont understand why, because only when there was a requirement, they had advertised in Hindu, now how can they say that when there is a requirement, will let you know. I am confused. After that I have email that HR several times to atleast intimate if its negative, but there has been no reply till date. What should I take this as? Can anyone help me?
