developing the methods with new strategy.
2.Score board is nothing but rating level of the employees.
3.Telephonic interview, face to face interview, Online
interview,Structured and Unstructured interview

5.HR,Finance,Production,Marketing,Servicing.
6.HR manager contribute cost to the company but Personnel
manager will manages only the payroll.
