Main Difference Between Router & Switch
Switch:
1. Switch work on layer2 Model
2. Switch can work in one LAN connection only.
Example:There are two different LAN-RingA & LAN-RingB
LAN-RingA, IP address started in ClassA
LAN-RingB, IP address started in ClassB
It is not possible to connecting LAN-RinA to LAN-RingB
LAN-RingA & LAN-RingB should be in same Class the connectivity is possible
