What is difference between drill through and drill down?

Drill Through: From one report it will navigate to another
report.(Ex:Summary report to Detail level report)
Drill Down/Up: From Higer Level we can can drill down to
lower level on the same report.(Ex: Year->Qtr->Month->Day)
