MOAC (Multi Organisation Access Control) is divided into
two parts. They are Multi Org security Profile and Global
Security Profile. MOAC is the new concept in R12.
One BG, One LE and multiple operating units called as Multi
Org Security Profile. The Profile option: MO:Security
Profile Option.
One BG, Multiple LE's and multiple OU's called as Global
Security Profile. The Profile Option: Global Security
Profile
The main purpose of MO: Security Profile Option is the user
can access multiple operating units same time at a single
BG or responsibility.
Presetups for MOAC:
1.Define a Security profile in HRMS responsibility
2.Assign this MO: Security profile option to AP
responsibility at responsibility level.
3. Run the Programm "Security List Maintenance" in HRMS
responsibility.

I have created an invoice and made the payment in Accounts payable. Now the payment status is Negotiable and accounting status is processed. I reconciled the transaction in Cash Mgmt, The status changed from negotiable to Reconciled in CM. I checked the payment status for the invoice in payment window(AP), the payment status changed to RECONCILED UNACCOUNTED i.e correct but the accounting status is remain processed which is not the correct. I hope the transaction will be correct if the accounting status would have changed to PERTIAL . Please suggest any solution for the above query.
