Formula to calculate area of steel and replacement?

Answer Posted / iqbal

Due to some reasons required diameter of steel is not available then we required to compensate the availability of steel at site. i,e if 25 mm 3nos to 20mm the formula is
total area of 25mm steel X nos of rods Divided by area of 20mm dia of one rod
