NO,in dc motors when ac given to the armature IT CONVERTS IT INTO DC and produces a stationary armature magnetic field,if ac is aplied o the shunt field it will produce alternating field which will produce torque in opposite torque in alternate half cycles so avg. torque will b zero.

I don't have any experience in this area. I have experience in control panels only. that's why i am not getting any opening in building infrastucture (construction field).Can I get the job in this field as Trainee Engineer?
