The transformers are connected parallel for sharing the load.
if one is out of order then we must reduce the load. then we connect another transformer in parallel instead of it, that can carry the remaining load.

In our factory so many iron pillors are exists for supporting the shed/Hangar. If do more no of earthings at one piller instead of doing more earth pits in many locations and running earth strip around the hanger, I can save the money. Because, recently, we observed that when spike is inserted 3-4 Inch in the earth- results are better, If spike is inserted 1 feet deep than results are increasing.
