In TD, explain plan is like a gift to every developer.
Confidence levels should be observed (low, high or no).
Check for the recommendations of statistics. Try to observe
the plan for any product joins or nested joins. Avoid
unnecessary joins. Use secondary index and join indees
appropriately. Try to repeat the steps in the explain plan
after tuning.
