I have done B.E. And have 1 yr exp in IT Industry. Now planning to do a
SAP HR course. I have been reading about the fake institutes that have
been busted with false placements hopes in Bangalore, and I can't afford
3 Laks to get trained from certified institutes.so I am confused. How about
the personal training ? And will it help me fetch a decent job as I have
resigned from my previous job and it's pretty urgent for me to join a job
soon. Are there any personal trainers available in Bangalore for SAP HR
and SAP BI??

Absolutely wrong field to choose! SAP HR/HCM is not a
favorite with clients any more everyone is moving to Workday
for simplicity and easy. Also one must research thoroughly
before jumping into decisions especially if that's your
career. I am sure you are not even aware that almost all
ERP's are matching towards the cloud platform in fact SAP
itself has purchased Successfactor for its HCM endeavors and
its already largely being evaluated and implemented in US ,
SAP HCM ECC will slow down in years to come and will make
way to newer solutions either with in SAP ie. SuccessFactor
or other competitors like Workday. Don't get into SAP HCM
will be very bad career choice ...
