10.1.1.0 n/w advertised as /16 from EIGRP & /24 from OSPF

Routing tables are created based on most "efficient" path,
EIGRP and OSPF are classless protocols, so possibly both
routes were aquired over different ports. If ad received by
same port, OSFP remains due most "accurate" mask.
