Absence Quota /Leave Entitlement?
3. Define WT for each PS and ESG(V_511_B), (In this
table,we should check all boxes with 1( means Wage type for
employee subgroup grouping and PSG is allowed).I know what 1
means here in this context,but I want to know,Why we should
check ‘1 in all the boxes starting from 1 to 9 ?

1) Reply for Company Code: We should consider the legal entites, Rules and Regulations into consideration inorder to define a Company Code
2) Reply for Absence Quota: It is purely HR Consultant job to take care of the Time Management part in SAP
2) Reply for WT: By mentioning 1 in all the boxes we are specifying to the system that particual wage type is applicable for those Employee groups and PSAs. It is not mandatory to check all the boxes with 1. To which ever group you want the Wage type should be applicable only for those groups we will check it with 1.
