how can u schedule BD87 in background process?

you cannot schedule BD87 in background mode. this is a monitoring transaction, not processing transaction.
if you want to (re-)process failed IDOCs you can use various SAP standard reports in background. i mentioned two above, there is also RBDAPP01which is often used (BD20).
run report RBDMIDOC in background mode to process MATMAS created from change pointers.
run report RSEOUT00 to process IDOCs of any type in any status (first processing or repeated).
