What is use of Licence Data tab in SU01 ? and they have types
like CAT-II,CAT-III,CAT-IV what is its use then ? Is there any
difference between these ?

Licence data is used to specify the types of users
Cat-1 professional like developer and
Administrator
Cat-2 limited professional like crate, maintained
Activities ( change, modify )
Cat-3 sap application employee they have
Only display access
Cat-4 sap application end users
Who having sap licence like( company, organisation )
The companies paid for sap licence now we
Chek duplicate user ID's and deleted now
We redused the unnecessary cost

authorization issue. We had asssigned company codes 'BUKRS' in range for example 4000-4220 some come company code is working some are not working means in between ranges . could you please post the answer as early as possible.
