1.Explaination start with "Hi Everyone.. I am XXXX.I have done my <latest Qualification> and started my career as a < Role> in <XYZ Company>.I have worked there in ..<Now can explain in brief about your projects.technology,your roles/responsibility.If having more exp then try to minimize the details.
2.There are two way to prepare RTM.One way you can map all Requirement with Test case.Suppose for Req ID#1 has 5 TC then in row 1 can wriote Req#1-->TC#
row #2, Req#1--> TC3..So first map all req with TC ID.This is called forward RTM and reverse is Reverse RTM here can map each and every TC ID with Req ID.So end of the testing you can conclude each Req ID covered with all TC and vice versa.
4)Varification: it is the process of confirming that s/w "meets
its specification".It involves reviews and meetings to
evaluate documents,plans,code,requirement and
specification.This can be done with checklist,issues lists
amd walkthroughs.
It is the examination of the process and checks r we
building the product right?
Validation:It is the process of confirming that it "meets
the user's requirements".Validation typically involves
actual testing and take place after varification are
completed.
5)This question is not much clear.If user screen get locked then we have another option to login as admin and can unlock the user either through command level access of through DB side or if LDAP is configured.If question is related to unlocking the user.
6)very basic question to first develop Test scenario for new user and returning user and write TC accordingly with field validation.
7)If a Application developemnt over and application handed over to the client then client will move this application to maintaince phase/support phase where they can implement real time challanges/bugs/enhancements into the application.In Support testing tester has to test/regress end user(client reportes) scenario/issue.

How will you set the Dependency in the Quality center? Say if you will fail a test case and two or more test cases are dependent on that particular test case. In this case how will you handle in failing the test case.
