In tibco there any concept like soap broadcasting?

Hmm.. Soap Broadcasting is mainly p2p like SOAP over
HTTP/JMS Queue - but there can be SOAP over JMS Topic too .

But when secondary comes up how will the secondary server will get the message because it’s a different machine. How will it get the messages which are with the Primary server?
