CROSS VALIDATION RULE: BY USING THIS WE ARE SETTING INVALID CODE COMBINATION AND RESTRICT THE USERS ARE NOT TO USE THAT SPECIFIC CODE COMBINATION,IT WORKS AT STRUCTURE & COA LEVEL
