When MOS devices are built up on same substrate the body
effect does not comes into consideration,however for complex
circuits it contributes significantly.
It can be stated as "Additional potential drop that occurs
across the depletion region because of Body potential that
adds up to threshold potential,there by increasing total
voltage drop across the junction".It increases with increase
in Gate-Oxide thickness..
