synchronize the professional inputs from various specialist consultants. It is also includes monitoring, controlling, solving problems, conflicts management and making decisions. His role is multi-disciplinary and his responsibility is to
synthesize and integrate all the aspects of a project into a cohesive whole. The PM role is to lead, guide, steer, inspire, and motivate his entire project team and to marshal all necessary resources to implement and manage tasks and
activities in order to achieve milestones and project deliverables, usually in terms of time cost and quality in order to ensure project success, avoid or reduce project
failure altogether.
