IDBI is govt banking not directly because IDBIbank was
industrial development bank which was in financial problem so
its merged in its original IDBI group which was under the
govt share . So its one of the 20 nationalised bank of india.
selection is done through IBPS score and interview.

for those already workin as po wat to do if noc cannot be produced in sbi po interview
