1-Need to to recruit the employees after identifying their skills.
2-Need to train the employee from the basic level in class room training.
3-Need to make the employees productive by giving onfloor training.
4-Need to handle team leaders in professional and systematic manner.
5-Need to create fun activities in the floor.
6-Need to understand the employees problems an rectify that.
7-Need to make all employee comfortable.
8-Need to ensure the employees salary and incentives on time.
