When it comes to Agile process, we should not call it as
Test Plan.
In Agile methodology, we call "product backlog" and "sprint
backlog". Because agile is time boxed and is divided into
Iterations, we will take few tasks from Product backlog to
Sprint backlog on priority basis.
In Sprint backlog we will tell like what items are assigned
to each individual and their timelines. And the progress is
measured in Burn down charts.
So companies which follow strict Agile will not have Agile
Test Plan, rather they call it as Sprint backlog.
Correct me if anything mentioned above is not accurate.
