What is the maximum distance limit of 4-20mA and 0-10V DC
standard signal transmission ?
Answer Posted / jobby c johnson
Distance is not a limiting factor for current transmission(4-20mA) where as it is a limitation for voltage transmission. Because based on the resistance the signal seeing there will be a voltage drop. then the voltage signal available at the host end will not be same at the generating side. Based on the distance these deviation will be more.
