What is it mean Transformer 100/133MVA Power Transformer,
significance of 100/133 MVA and 230/115KV please
Answer Posted / ajayk
well a transformer is a power
transfer device so only one
mva rating is possible but two
voltage rating are there
i.e.primary and
secordary.230/115kv is a step
up transformer.but i have
never found such a rating but
step up is done normally at
generation stage(from 33kv).
