hi,
if the buffer hit ratio is less than 95% make sure that u
don't want to increase the parameter directly, you have to
analyze the buffer hit ratio from past 15 -20 days onwards.
take daily report like buffer hit ratio and at what time it
is less than 95 then remind at that time is there any long
program mes has been running and make sure that you have to
schedule peak off time ,and if you have more than one
application server u can go for
rdisp/buffer_mode=sendon,exeauto.this parameter will
syncronizing the buffers between application servers.
you have to chesk physical reads and logical reads.
