what is the role of frequency in electrical system
Answer Posted / sunil kumar sinha
In A.C. circuiy, the electrical sourse is defined by its
nos of phase, voltage level and frequency.
Same nos of phase, voltage level and frequency supply my be
synchronised and connected. If frequency does not match of
the given two phases, a circulating current will flow
between the same phase of two connecting power sourses and
will result in short ckt. which is not acceptable.
The induction is also dependent on frequency. High
frequency will have high impedence in the circuit for same
inductance of the coil and also behave in the same mannery
with capacitance circuit.
further, the induction only come into picture when there is
change in flux which is dependent on frequency.also in A.C
circuit, voltage is dependent on frequency.
