We are using Powerica make 100 KVA DG set. Whenever i
connect compressor on DG load (Compressor Make Atlas Copco
5.5 kva) that time we face the lot of fluctuation on Dg
output. Can you please suggest me how can prevent this
fluctuation?

hai to all..,
this is the wonderful question, powerica DG is another
company of Caterpillar .atlas copco also best compressor
designer.
ur Dg is 100KVA , load is 5.5KW (its not a 5.5kva) that
means 7.5 hp,
while getting the fluctuation note it below.,
1.whether fluctuation is comes while starts r stops(loading/
unloading)
2.fluctuation time wt is the pressure (if compressor
reaches maximum working pressure it will takes more current)
3.normally it will be enough DOL Stater ,if its take more
current while start /stop,just u make the Star Delta
stater , surly will get best result.
4.check the DG fuel filter condition ,if its ran above 300
running hrs replace newly
5.DG should be run 80% load max ,
6. give the DG load only compressor itself and measure the
performance
7.ensure the compressor max pressure switch properly working
8.in DG AVR (Automatic voltage regulator) system may failure
9.check the self exciting system rectifier diodes

in a solar power plant,we are going to step up the voltage 350V to 33kv, and to 132kv GSS. i want to ask that if it is possible that 315v/33kv is not possible because we also use 315v/11kv. or it should be 415v/33kv? is it effects generation or losses? the second question is-generation is depends on LV winding? or LV winding design for generation voltage?
Is there any reason that we get shock on touching phase wire because the earth is at neutral potential? Is there any reason that the earth is at neutral potential because the neutral is earthed in apower station
