What happen if we have run 415 V,50Hz designed motor at on
480V,60HZ

Increase in V will cause the insulation of the winding to become weaker with the passage of time and eventually may become short, thus damaging motor and possibly surrounding components.
Increase in frequency causes an increase in motor speed and that may well be harmful as the motor is not designed to run at the new increased speed. This will also cause increase in the motors winding inductance, decrease in the current being drawn, increase in power losses.
