¡¡Major difference between Lead Screws and Ball Screws is that if there are Balls inside the
Nut or not. Also Lead Screws have surface contact at ank of Groove, on the other hand, Ball Screws have pointcontact at Shaft and Nut groove via Balls. Therefore Ball Screws would be rotated smoothly than Lead Screws.
