SOLUTION:
1 HP = 735.5 watts
100 HP = 73550 watts
KVA = KW/PF
KVA = 73.55/0.95
= 77.42 KVA
this solution is wrong, this solution indicate the KVAR rating for that specific power factor, for example the power factor of your 100HP is .7, its the KVAR of .7 pf not the .95 becuase you need a KVAR in order to increase its power factor, compute it using power factor correction, and vector diagrams.
