How can you find all t-codes which are locked in the
system ?

Thanks Amar and Abdul.You both have told the old
traditional way to look for the locked t-codes or other
locked entries. My requirement is to display all tcodes
(say 10) which are currently locked in system. Neithe Sm01
or SM12 is of user here.
