FIND THE END CONDITIONS OF THE SLAB, CHECK WHETHER THE SLAB
IS ONE WAY? OR tWO WAY? THROUGH LENGTH / BREADTH RATIO <2 OR
>2 THEN CALCULATE THE COMING LOADS ON IT, ASSUME THE % OF
STEEL FOR GROSS SECTION OF THE SLAB COMPARE THE % OF STEEL
WITH THE STEEL GETTING FROM BENDING MOVEMENT EQUATION FIND
THE % OF STEEL FALLS WITH IN THE LIMIT OF GRAPH OF IS
CODE.THE % MUST BELOW THE % INDICATED IN GRAPH OF IS CODE IF
NOT DESIGN TO BE REVISE
