how to get the on hand quantity of an item across all
organizations? name the underlying tables.

We can see the onhand quantity for specific item or all the
items acorss the oraganization by running 'multi
oraganization Quantity' Report. its Navigation is
N:- Inv - onhand, availablity - Multi Organizaton Quantity
