Can anybody tell me what the breakdown voltage is for air
and what it is for transformer oil please?

the b/d strength of ir is 30kv/cm. the b/d strength of t/f oil depends on the voltage level of the t/r. for a 33/11 t/f the b/d should be above 55kv
