Needs assessment occurs at two levels: group and
individual.an individual needs training when his or her
performance falls short of expectations, this is individual
needs assessment. and any change in the organization's
strategy, like introduce a new line of products, sales
personnel and production workers have to be trained to
produce, sell and service the new products.
