A BPDU CONTAINS PRIORITY (32768) +MAC ADDRESS+SYSTEM EXTENDED
ID (VLAN NO.) OF THE SWITCH. EVERY CISCO SWITCH ADD SYSTEM
EXTENDED ID ALSO CALLED A VLAN NOMBER
