Hi good morning Im bless from bulcan, attended college up
to 2nd year level at University of caloocan city, Im a
Political Science student, at the same time i worked as a
service crew at mcdonalds for almost 2 years.. i was able
to do my work well while im studying, i got promoted at my
job as one of the crew chiefs in our store. Im also
costumer oriented i used to work in the costumer area
before i provide the costumers "Excellency and Consistency
in giving satisfaction in the costumers but i usually
encounter alor of costumer complaints and demands before
and i was able to solve it..
im can also say that i'm flexible interms of work "im very
serious and focus on the thing that i do. but during good
times im very accomodating and easy to be with..

I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me? Also if they will do this , do i need to tell in my new job interviews about the offer letter which i got from wipro? If not , then how i can i explain my gap
