(10'x10')10mm thick ratio 1:5. wht"s the formula?

10'=3.04m
mix=1:5,
1/6=.1666+25%+30%=.71cu.m of cement
sand requires=3.5cu.m
plastering area=3.04x3.04x0.01=0.092416cu.m

Why do we not deduct steel volume to find actual volume of concrete in practical as we have studied that,,, actual volume of concrete = volume of column- volume of steel pls explain with reference of IS code?????

For removal of formwork of simply supported slab / beam from where to start the deshuttering? ( Max Bending moment of the simply supported beam is in the center hence is it required to start from the supports?)
I want to know about rolling margin of steel :- For eg. If 2nos. bundle of 8mm dia steel with17 rods each of length 12m comes to store. During testing of 1m rod of each bundle it was found that 1rod has weight .405kg/m while other has .385kg/m. Now what will happen in case of steel payment and measurement payment ? Regards,
