There are two types of call..The inbound and the outbound.
The INBOUND is a call which you are the one recieving a
call from a customers, with regards to their issues.
About, OUTBOUND is a call wherein a representative is the
one who is titled to call a costumers and telling them
and/or selling them your about your product.
