Please careful about the below points.
1. First identify the Defect related Test cases covered or
not.
2. If YES, check whether we have executed the perticular
test case or not.
3. Identify and analyze the root cause of the Defect from
QA Prospective.
4. Like is there any new CR is dev without testing.
