guys the point is not complicating things.
the question being what is the difference between
subnetting and vlan
subnetting is done for optimum utilisation of ip addresses.
alright, further there is VLSM ,supernetting with their own
advantages.
in subnetting you just break up one big network into
various sub networks.
vlan is wherein one can establish communication between
thse networks.
