troubleshooting is way to differentiate the problem and
giving the solution to the user by finding the RC (root
cause)under POA (plan of action), it may be s/w or h/w issue
and it should be done step by step.so in short
troubleshooting is nothing but finding the trouble and
shooting on the target.
